Hi! I’m Juna, a current master’s student based in 📍NYC in Columbia University’s Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences program, where I study quantitative techniques in social science research.
My journey to UX research and design was heavily influenced by my background in behavioral science and the arts! Having worked in human-computer interaction research and product design projects, I’m passionate about combining my strengths in applying research to bridging the gap between humans and technology, and designing experiences to be more human-centric, enjoyable, and accessible.
Previously: I studied at Barnard College of Columbia University and graduated with a B.A. in psychology.
Outside of work, you can catch me…
01 Collecting
coffee table books, whether it’s photography, design, or illustration. Here’s my favorite as of right now!
02 Playing
video games—especially games that inform my design style. I’m a huge fan of the Splatoon series and Bomb Rush Cyberfunk.
03 Engaging
with visual art. I love visiting museums, and attending figure drawing sessions. I’m also attached to the Procreate app on my iPad. See some of my artworks below!
